human Beings, as distinct from time poor information machines ... human doings! Sandy offers a rich synthesis of evidence-based brain science and physiology to her ground breaking programs.
Sandy has worked continuously both internationally and nationally, in hospitals, rehabilitation and
paediatric intervention units. Private and multidisciplinary clinics and more recently pivoted both
individual and group trainings to an online format.
As a Grandmother Sandy’s workshops and trainings reflect her passionate concern about the impact

As a recently diagnosed octogenarian and grandmother of 5
I know only too well what living with muscular tension, joint tightness, normalised pain
and excruciating confusion and anxiety feels like!
In fact I believe it’s our birthright to know ‘HOW’ to make
sense out of non-sense and bring order to dis-order!
Only then are we free to truly be our authentic selves rather than an object that’s been pushed, pulled, stretched, moulded and shaped to fit into a culture that relates to human beings as human doings, things to be managed and controlled to drive an economy that’s built on commoditisation.
