Happy Feet is for women in their 50s, 60s and 70s who want to age well — feeling strong, steady, confident, vital, present, and more at ease in their body.
This gentle, intelligent Feldenkrais-based program begins with the ground beneath you, the sensory intelligence of your feet, and the nervous system that connects it all.
Through slow, curious, guided movement, you’ll explore how your feet relate to your balance, breath, posture, walking, whole body, and sense of self.
This is not about fixing, forcing, stretching harder, or performing correctly. It is a shift from outside-in correction to inside-out learning.
Together, we gently soften hidden tension and restore the living conversation between the ground, your feet, your nervous system, and your brain — step by step, from the ground up.
